Job Summary:
The Medical Encoder is responsible for translating medical diagnoses, procedures, and services into standardized codes (ICD-10, CPT, etc.) for accurate medical documentation, billing, and insurance claims processing.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any medical-related course (e.g., Nursing, MedTech, etc.)
-With experience in medical encoding or medical records is an advantage
-Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminologies
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
-Computer literate and familiar with medical software systems

Key Responsibilities:
-Accurately encode diagnoses and procedures based on medical records
-Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient information for billing and claims
-Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and billing staff for clarifications
-Maintain confidentiality of medical records at all times
-Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed
