Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQs), and contract conditions.
  • Evaluate contractor and supplier bids and assist in awarding contracts.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Track project expenditures and variations.
  • Prepare regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements
  • Identify potential financial or contractual risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in resolving disputes or claims.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain records of payments, variations, and project financials for audit and legal purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or project cost control
  • Experience in the construction industry (vertical or horizontal projects) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with site operations and project timelines
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Work Conditions:

  • Office schedule from Monday to Saturday
  • Full-time position
  • Some travel may be required for marketing events, conferences, or client meetings.
