You’ll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent customer experience while driving automation and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end billing for Recruitment, SaaS, and EOR services Ensure accurate, timely invoicing aligned with contracts Reconcile payroll and billing data, resolve discrepancies Oversee collections and payment workflows Prepare monthly billing reports and performance dashboards Partner with Product & Tech teams to enhance automation and system integration Lead and mentor the billing team (human and AI agents) What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus) 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue ops, or accounting (SaaS/EOR preferred) Hands‑on experience with Chargebee (required) Proficiency with ERP/accounting tools (NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks) Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Fluent in English and comfortable working remotely across time zones Nice to Have Experience leading a small team, familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR), and knowledge of global payroll or EOR billing models.
