We're on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Application Administration Officer to join our growing Manila team. About the Role

You will play an important part in maintaining smooth and compliant loan processing operations. This includes ensuring documents are correct, workflows are followed properly, and service standards are consistently met. You'll collaborate with multiple teams to keep applications moving efficiently while delivering excellent support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle loan application reviews to confirm completeness and compliance
  • Input and validate borrower information within internal loan systems
  • Track application progress, verify essential documents, and prepare required notices
  • Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners for valuations and loan file setup
  • Address general inquiries from brokers and provide updates on application status

What You Bring

  • Experience in financial services, loan processing, or administrative lending roles
  • High accuracy in data entry and strong document-handling skills
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using productivity tools and loan-related platforms
  • Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing tasks in a fast-moving work environment
