Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for consistently achieving loan volume targets while ensuring
profitability, sound credit quality, and delivering excellent customer journeys.
Responsibilities:
-Actively solicit residential real estate loans to meet the business target
-Actively saturate the territory for potential sources of accounts that can aggressively be
converted
-Proactively planning and prioritizing sales activities
-Efficient screening of customer profiles and collection of requirements to ensure a speedy
conversion of accounts
-Closely monitoring and compliance of requirements and document deficiencies through proper coordination with customers and business partners.
Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 2 years experience in handling home/real estate loans
With established robust real estate network
Knowledgeable in credit procedure and parameters
Possesses good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills
Comfortable doing fieldwork and client calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
