Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the building.
  • Monitor revenues (rentals, association dues, parking fees, utilities, etc.) and ensure timely billing and collection.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Monitor budget utilization and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, DOLE, and other government reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory obligations.
  • Conduct variance analysis of income and expenses.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation for transparency and accountability.
  • Support property management team in financial planning and forecasting.
  • Safeguard the assets of the building through effective financial controls.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
  • With at least 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, commercial building, or property management.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
