Responsibilities:

  1. Grow target accounts and consistently build sales pipelines to achieve sales targets, including service contracts & spare parts.
  2. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers from iBase data through planning and organizing sales call/visit schedules.
  3. Identify current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key needs.
  4. Support the Business Area Manager in executing marketing campaigns, lead generation, pipeline management, and order-to-delivery lead time.
  5. Deliver high-quality solutions to prospects and customers effectively.
  6. Participate in the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the technical support team. Become a competent technical advisor and product advocate for MT products.
  7. Communicate regulatory compliance requirements and applications effectively, demonstrating MT's market leadership and expertise.
  8. Represent the solution to customers and engage them through field customer events such as conferences and seminars.
  9. Develop customers' staff by providing technical information and training.
  10. Conduct negotiations to secure win-win agreements with customers.
