Sales Processor

Job Summary

Responsible for driving product sales, maintaining effective distribution across assigned accounts, and ensuring optimal inventory management. He/She will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners while maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring consistent product availability.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

Experience:

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve volume targets across assigned accounts
• Actively sell company products to existing and potential retail partners
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Present product benefits and value propositions to decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements with retail partners
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales volume objectives
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
• Conduct regular account visits to assess needs and opportunities
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain consistent product availability and prevent stock-outs
• Monitor and maintain distribution standards for each product SKU per store
• Implement planograms and merchandising standards as directed
• Ensure compliance with retail partner requirements and company standards
• Monitor inventory levels at retail locations to optimize stock availability
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely product replenishment
• Implement effective inventory rotation practices to minimize expired products
• Display and arrange products according to company merchandising guidelines
• Ensure proper stock presentation and visual appeal at retail locations
• Track and report inventory movement and turnover rates
• Gather comprehensive sales data, market intelligence, and competitive information
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market conditions
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Monitor and manage collection activities for assigned accounts
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate payment schedules
• Ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed terms
• Report collection issues and coordinate with finance team for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and payment status
• Support credit control activities and customer payment tracking
• Offer and promote new products to existing and potential customers
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives at retail level
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage
• Support product launches and promotional events as required
• Gather customer feedback on new and existing products
• Coordinate with marketing team to optimize promotional effectiveness
