US E-Commerce Web Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the Role
  • You'll be the engine behind the daily operations of our client's eCommerce presence. From pricing and promotions to creative content and platform integrations, you'll keep everything sharp, accurate, and on-brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Shopify sites: product setup, pricing, inventory, merchandising.
  • QA and deploy new promos and launches.
  • Ensure flawless product listings—descriptions, SEO, visuals, and categories.
  • Troubleshoot site issues with dev or internal teams.
  • Monitor site health using GA4, Search Console, and Moz.
  • Publish creative assets: imagery, banners, emails, landing pages.
  • Support platform integrations: Klaviyo, loyalty, referrals.
  • Collaborate on campaigns and performance tracking.
Requirements About YOU
  • You've got at least 5 years in eCommerce operations. Shopify is your playground
  • Details don't slip past you (especially product data).
  • You're a savvy CMS user with a creative eye.
  • You know your way around marketing tools and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Bonus: you've worked with footwear or fashion brands.
