Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Fit-Out Project Engineer to oversee interior construction and renovation projects. The role ensures that work is executed according to plans, quality standards, and timelines, while coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
  • Ensure work quality and compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
  • Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and material requests
  • Assist in project scheduling, inspections, and punch list completion
  • Attend client meetings and ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in fit-out or interior construction is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on-site and meet project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
