Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports to Operation Department Head.
  • Accountable for the timely and proper completion of assigned project and for the preparation and timely submission of project operation documentations.
  • Shall handle the overall supervision and overlook his/her assigned project site until its completion.
  • Schedule and monitor program activities to achieve an "on-time" result and to ensure timely response to action items.
  • Conduct daily tool box meetings in order to disseminate information, work activities for the day and target completion dates of work phases at site to ensure the timely execution and completion of the project.
  • Ensure that all company rules and regulations, policies and procedures are being observed by the workers.
  • Shall ensure the safety of all workers and the environment throughout the duration of the project.
  • Conduct surveys/stake-out prior to start the project to ensure the quality and quantity of materials needed for the project is correct and as per client's specification.
  • Prepare material estimates/take-off in ensuring correct and accurate quantities of materials to be used for the project.
  • Shall monitor the overall material requirements of his/her project site which includes the requisition of the materials needed for the project.
  • Ensure excess materials are at the minimum and keep equipment breakdowns at the least.
  • Ensure that materials supplied by the client are used properly/wisely by the workers and that all excess materials are returned and are still in good condition.
  • Prepares progress report/status of his/her assigned project for progress billing purposes and the office project status monitoring.
  • Prepares and collects data for variation/change orders.
  • May recommend other procedures and methods which may or could "fast track" the project

Required Education, Skills, Experience and Other Career Qualification:

  • Graduate of Civil/Architectural/Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD
