Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Quezon City Office, with assignments in and outside Metro Manila

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential and fit-out projects from planning to completion. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision skills, and the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise residential and fit-out projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and resources.
  • Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned to support project completion.

Qualifications:

· Licensed Civil Engineer.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in residential construction and fit-out projects.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Excel.

· Knowledge in Photoshop and MS Project is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Willing to report to the Quezon City office and travel to project sites within and outside Metro Manila.

· With a valid Driver's License is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
