What You'll Do:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Post job openings on various job boards and platforms.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the recruitment team in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
  • With experience in BPO high volume hiring.
  • Willing to work a 9:00AM to 6:00PM schedule.
