About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager with 8+ years of sales and client relationship management experience, ideally in the IT industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients—managing relationships, leading strategic conversations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value and results.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and develop growth opportunities (cross-sell, upsell, whitespace).
  • Partner with Principal Consultants to drive revenue, strategy, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with reliable forecasting.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Conduct and follow up on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain updated client data, agreements, and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Coordinate quotes, invoices, and resource scheduling for billable and ad-hoc tasks.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 8 years' proven experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong IT industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of general administration processes.

Desired:

  • Experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of IT sales techniques and workflow management.
