Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven QS Engineer who will evaluate and control project requirements related to material orders, job orders, and the weekly and monthly billing of subcontractors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the same capacity
  • Evaluates and controls the project requirement in terms of the material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor.
  • Analyze and manage cost variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works.
  • Good oral & written communication skills; excellent negotiation & organizational skills.
