About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Agent with a strong passion for sales and a solid understanding of the salon and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of salon products and services, and ideally, prior experience working in or selling to salons. If you have a sharp sense of industry trends, a persuasive sales style, and enjoy cultivating long-term client relationships, we'd love to connect with you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with salon owners, professionals, and beauty business clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, especially those relevant to salon operations, and communicate their value effectively.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Stay updated with beauty and salon industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduates/ Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Salon industry experience (preferred) or strong understanding of salon products, treatments, or technical services.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits Package

  • Basic monthly salary of PHP 20,000 and is subject to increase upon successfully passing the probationary period
  • 1% commission for monthly sales target of PHP 300,000 per month
  • Company car or transportation allowance will be provided
  • Meal allowance will be provided for outside territory sales activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
