Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic / Tactical
  • Oversees the full cycle of cash planning and fund movements for designated accounts.
  • Handles import-related payables using properly authorized client documentation.
  • Issues remittance records without delay.
  • Provides quick and efficient responses to inquiries from both internal teams and external partners.
  • Reports and Analytics
  • Prepares bank reconciliation statements, cash projections, and detailed cash flow analyses.
  • Keeps track of all importation-related settlements.
  • Process and Compliance
  • Maintains accuracy and timeliness across all submitted financial information and reports.
  • Consistently meets required reporting timelines and regulatory obligations.
  • Adheres to reconciliation timetables and adjusts smoothly to approved workflow changes.
  • Leadership
  • Engages in training sessions and participates in organizational programs.
  • Offers recommendations aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in treasury operations and cash management.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing general ledger activities.
  • Background in both Treasury and General Accounting functions.
  • Well-versed in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Proficient in SAP and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot financial issues effectively.
  • Communicates clearly and works well with various teams across the organization.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and committed to maintaining high levels of precision and ethical standards.
