Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic Project Management Skills
  • Experience in using scanner equipment and scanning software (an advantage)
  • Familiarity with different types of files
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Powerpoint)
  • Familiarity with compliance standards for document handling and data security
  • Expertise in quality control and ensuring high standards of digitized documents
  • Ability to create and maintain organized documentation for project tracking
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate team to meet project goals
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of scanning team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly scanned volume targets
  • Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management, ensuring everyone is updated and informed about the project
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports to stakeholders and the client
  • Prepare and forward monthly progress and billing reports to Accounting.
  • Perform quality checking of scanned outputs to verify clarity, accuracy, and proper file naming
  • Ensure proper functioning of scanning equipment and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed
  • Allocate tasks and set priorities for scanning teams
  • Optimize scanning workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Maintain records of daily scanning output, operator performance, and technical issues
  • Provide training sessions for recruits on scanning equipment, software, and procedures
  • Mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional skills
  • Manage team's attendance and planned leave, coordinate with the Project Manager's request for relievers
  • Proper bookkeeping of the In and Out of books, ensuring completeness against the transmittal slips
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions
  • Monthly inventory of equipment and grooming materials

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
