Job duties:
Dispatching & Field Coordination
Assign and schedule technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance based on priority and location.
Monitor real-time job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure technicians have complete job details, including site location, customer requests, and necessary materials.
Track and update the status of dispatched jobs to ensure timely completion.
Communicate with field teams regarding delays, issues, or rescheduling needs.
Billing Support for Special Activities
Track and verify special activities performed by technicians (e.g., SDWAN, Tech Squad, B2B Installation, P2P Investigation
etc.).
Assist in documenting and processing billing requests for these activities.
Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing for technician-related special tasks.
Maintain records of technician service reports and ensure proper validation before billing submission.
Office Support & Documentation
Prepare weekly, and monthly reports on dispatched jobs, technician performance, and service completion rates.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and job logs.
Organize and process job-related documents such as permits, invoices, and reports.
Support data entry, filing, and documentation tasks for the Operations and Project Teams.
Communication & Customer Coordination
Act as a liaison between customers, field technicians, and management.
Provide updates to customers regarding technician arrival times and service completion.
Address customer concerns related to scheduling and escalate issues as needed.
General Administrative & Operational Support
Provide additional assistance as directed by the Immediate Supervisor, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager,
ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
Support team members with document preparation, filing, and coordination tasks.
Assist in internal communication and coordination between different departments.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related
field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Background in dispatching, field coordination, billing support, or administrative assistance in
telecommunications or a similar industry.
Skills:
• - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• - Proficiency in dispatching software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• - Experience with billing procedures and financial documentation.
• - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
