Work Schedule: Dayshift (9AM-6PM)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x RTO, 2 DAYS WFH)

Hire Type: Permanent

As an Associate Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customization and enhancement of our Salesforce platform to meet business needs. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to implement solutions, maintain system integrations, and ensure the overall performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact and opportunities for our organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce Development Experience.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio, Code, and the Salesforce CLI.
