Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with organizational growth goals.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Certifications: Platform Developer I
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Component (LWC), OmniStudio, JavaScript, Flows, and declarative tools
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and security architecture
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, and integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional, technical solutions

Preferred Experience

• Certifications: Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Administrator
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare, life sciences, or financial services
• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and encryption

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, build, test, and maintain software applications based on technical designs and specifications
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code aligned with project requirements and best practices
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions
• Document code, processes, and technical details
• Complete development tasks within deadlines, communicating potential delays as needed
• Develop integration solutions connecting systems using middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) and APIs
• Design and maintain APIs that enable secure and scalable data exchange
• Support testing by creating test plans, cases, and scripts, tracking and resolving defects
• Contribute to architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Maintain coding standards, guidelines, and compliance with organizational and industry policies
