Salesforce Developer

Remote | Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that support business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and data integrity
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT and deployment activities
  • Maintain documentation for technical designs and system configurations
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura/LWC)
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
  • Experience with integrations and APIs
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
