What is the job?

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.


• Configure and manage the Salesforce platform using point-and-click tools like Process Builder and Flow to automate workflows and business processes.


• Customize Salesforce applications to support business processes, including CRM, customer support, operations automation, sales automation, and marketing automation.


• Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and end-users to gather requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical specifications.


• Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data models to optimize functionality.


• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.


• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience developing custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.


• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 or ability to obtain within one year of employment.


• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.


• Skilled in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.


• Experience configuring Salesforce workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.


• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
