This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. This role requires going to our office at least one day a week.

The expected working hours for this position are from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, based on the Philippine Time Zone (PHT).

About The Role
The Salesforce Developer will support and enhance the technologies and processes that enable our account management and support teams to operate effectively. This role involves a wide range of work, including process and business analysis, CRM management, marketing automation, sales enablement, quantitative analysis, technology evaluation, and team education. You'll partner closely with leaders across marketing and production to manage key elements of our technology stack, including Salesforce, telephony tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in managing parts of the marketing and production team's technology stack, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, telephony tools, and marketing automation tools
- Partner with the engineering team to configure integrations between Point's proprietary systems and the Salesforce ecosystem ensuring stability of the systems.
- Review and analyze current ops processes, and find opportunities for improvement
- Develop advanced Salesforce functionality leveraging Apex coding, Flows, LWC, etc.
- Push the envelope with AI integrations leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, RAG models, and external AI services.
- Work closely with business analyst leads and ops leadership to identify pain points and opportunities which can be addressed with new tools and enhancements
- Support the business analyst leads in Identifying and evaluating technologies that might improve ops team efficiency, resolve pain points, and improve effectiveness
- Conduct regular training for the team on new solutions, technical updates, and process changes
- Build and automate reporting for account management and ops leadership
- Partner with the training team to implement and expand our learning management system
About You
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
- Strong proficiency with Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
- Ability to write and optimize SOQL queries.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, and XML.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II or Architect certifications preferred.
- Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics/Conversation Insights, and AgentForce.
- Proven background integrating Salesforce with external systems (AWS, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture).
- Exposure to marketing automation tools, sales enablement platforms, or related technologies is preferred.
