We are seeking a skilled
Service Desk Engineer
with strong experience supporting clients in a
Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
. The role involves delivering technical support across
Office 365, Intune, Exchange, and SharePoint
, ensuring reliable IT services for multiple customers with diverse infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
first- and second-line support
for multiple client environments, resolving tickets efficiently in line with SLAs. - Administer and troubleshoot
Office 365 services
including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. - Manage
Exchange Online
mailboxes, distribution groups, and email flow across client organizations. - Configure and support
Microsoft Intune
for endpoint management, application deployment, and compliance policies. - Assist with
user onboarding/offboarding
, account provisioning, and access management across multiple tenants. - Document solutions and maintain a
knowledge base
to streamline support across the MSP team. - Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and deliver long-term solutions.
- Ensure adherence to
security, compliance, and governance standards
across client environments. - Build strong client relationships by providing proactive support and clear communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in an
MSP environment
, supporting multiple clients simultaneously. - Strong knowledge of
Office 365 administration
(Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). - Proficiency with
Microsoft Intune
for mobile device and endpoint management. - Familiarity with
Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity/access management
. - Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities across multiple client requests.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
