
Arcade Attendant

The Arcade Attendant serves as the front-line contact for customers in the arcade. The position involves greeting guests, assisting with game card transactions, explaining arcade services or promotions, and resolving basic customer concerns. This role also supports event operations, helps maintain cleanliness, and ensures that every visitor enjoys a pleasant gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with arcade services and game operations
- Process card reloads, ticket redemptions, and other transactions accurately
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Promote arcade promotions, membership programs, and events
- Assist in managing crowd flow during busy periods and special events
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the arcade area
- Coordinate with technical staff for machine issues or service concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and reports when required
- Support marketing or event activities in the arcade when needed
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / College Level in Hospitality management or other related fields
- With or without experience (experience in customer service, retail, or entertainment is an advantage)
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Trustworthy, reliable, and a good team player
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Work Setup:
- Arcade-based (mall or entertainment center)
- 6-day work week, shifting schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php540.00 per day
