Job Summary

The Admin OJT will assist the Finance and Marketing teams with basic clerical and administrative tasks, providing hands-on exposure to business operations in a growing F&B company.

Key Responsibilities

- Encode transactions and help organize financial records

- Assist in sourcing and contacting suppliers

- Help answer and organize messages and comments on social media

- Assist in tracking promo results and preparing simple reports

- Assist in product shoots and marketing activities as needed

- Perform general administrative and data-entry tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a business, accounting, finance, marketing, or related course

- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and social media platforms

- Able to follow instructions and handle information with confidentiality

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php Php300.00 per day

Work Location: In person
