Bank Reconciliation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts to ensure accurate matching of transactions.

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts as required.

  • Assist in processing employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

  • Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related transactions.

  • Process employee reimbursements and manage petty cash disbursements.

  • Ensure timely remittance of taxes and other statutory obligations.
Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (Bank Reconciliation, Accounting, or Finance).
