  • Assist in audits by gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and maintaining audit records.
  • Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and support payment reconciliation and collections activities.
  • Document customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts accurately in the system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on collections and account statuses.
  • Support processing of employee liquidations and reimbursements by validating documentation and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in tasks related to the FAST and STP Automation Project as needed.
  • Handle the validation, booking, monitoring, and reconciliation of Certificate Withholding Tax (CWT) documents.
  • Manage communication with business partners for BIR Form requests and assist in vouching and maintaining related tax documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Finished 4-year Finance related program

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of audit processes, account management, and tax documentation is a plus
  • Proficiency in using office software and data management systems
