Job Description:
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
- Reviewing and implementing financial policies
- Preparing budget forecasts
- Managing organizational budgeting and reporting
- Managing account payables and receivables
- Processing invoices, bills, and payments
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations
- Maintaining and preparing budgets and expenses
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking organization expenses

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Ms Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
