Job Description:

  • Maintaining and updating financial records
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
  • Reviewing and implementing financial policies
  • Preparing budget forecasts
  • Managing organizational budgeting and reporting
  • Managing account payables and receivables
  • Processing invoices, bills, and payments
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations
  • Maintaining and preparing budgets and expenses
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients
  • Tracking organization expenses

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Ms Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
