JOB SUMMARY

The position of Resort Marketing Officer exists to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster engagement for Newport World Resorts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Assists in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote NWR various offerings (Casino, Hotels, F&B, Entertainment and Mall)
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights relative to campaigns, promotions and positioning.
  • Develop seasonal marketing plans, special events and new product launches

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, implement and oversee campaigns across digital (social media, SEO, SEM, email, website, display ads) and traditional (TV, print, outdoor, radio) media.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams (Creatives, PR, Operations and Resort Sales to ensure proper execution of marketing plans.
  • Monitor ROI, customer engagement, lead generation and conversion rates

Brand Management:

  • Uphold and strengthen the NWR brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with the branding team to create content that reflects the resort's luxury, unique selling propositions, and customer-centric offerings.
  • Develop marketing sales and promotional collateral (brochures, digital ads, signage, etc.) that highlights the resort's amenities, services, and experiences.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Provide regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, campaigns, and results.
  • Highlight key successes, challenges, and insights for future strategies and budget allocations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration on related field
  • Has at least five (5) years of working experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Has strong Marketing knowledge and background
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Able to build good working relationship and deal with different types of individual
  • Well-organized, methodical and has keen attention to details
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite)
