Candidate Manager (Onsite)

Job Description:

Recruitment Process & Candidate Strategy:

  • Identifying, developing, and delivering candidate care and candidate capture strategies to ensure the successful recruitment of the desired candidate type.
  • Demonstrating the ability to accurately assess candidates' skills through interviewing, reference checking, and job matching, collating all relevant details.
  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to candidates, ensuring a positive interview experience to represent the Industrious People brand.
  • Providing advice on resumes and interview skills.
  • Ensuring that consultants are only introduced to candidates who meet their requirements.
  • Ensuring all candidates on Screening Tearsheets inside CRM are screened within 72 hours of application received.
  • Moving screening candidates to Compliance Tearsheet.
  • Sending and checking all compliance is complete and moving candidates to Active Candidates Tearsheet.
  • Ensuring all candidates have complete and accurate data inside their Candidate Profile and are coded to their relevant Industry, Category, Position, and Skill type.

Candidate Management and Attraction:

  • Effectively building and maintaining a candidate pool to ensure a sufficient flow of candidates through advertising, networking, social media, SEEK, Linkedin, etc.
  • Introducing the most placeable candidates to colleagues daily to maximise reverse marketing opportunities.
  • Building long-term effective relationships with candidates and developing commitment to be represented by Industrious People.
  • Generating quality leads based on candidate interactions in a timely fashion to increase business opportunities - added to CRM.

Administration, Compliance, and Expectations:

  • Ensuring you have an understanding of all company policies, legislative requirements, terms of business, etc.
  • Ensuring you understand and adhere to Bullhorn integrity standards and requirements.
  • Documenting relevant information and ensuring candidates are compliant for example conducting visa checks using VEVO, skills testing, etc.
  • Completing candidate reference checks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring all self-branding through advertising, social media, and internal and external communications adhere to a professional standard and represent the overall client brand.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieving weekly/monthly contributions as agreed with your direct manager.
  • Ensuring best practices are adhered to in terms of the recruitment process for candidates.
  • Working collaboratively internally, providing professional and effective support to consultants and managers.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and candidate management, preferably end-to-end AU recruitment.
  • Experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar jobs (Stores/Warehouse and FMCG/Manufacturing).
  • Experience in using Bullhorn recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and placing candidates for various roles.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as SEEK and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great administration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
