Job Purpose:

  • Monitors, assesses, recommends, implements and manages strategic solutions to ensure proper and efficient provisioning of IT resources based on projected growth and consumption of what's left available with the current IT resources and for future requirements anchored on approved working budget.
  • Manages inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Manages deployment of IT equipment (e.g. desktop, laptop, server) from repair or acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains systems application uptime and availability.
  • Maintains adequate provisions with IT equipment.
  • Maintains optimal performance, uptime, health and security threats which impacts performance of IT hardware equipment such as servers, network storages, switches, routers, PBX and all related services.
  • Maintains effective and efficient connections links between from end users related to computing activities such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, system application and the likes.
  • Monitors efficient deliveries of subscribed services from outsourced services providers/partners thru SLA.
  • Evaluates and recommends IT equipment and solutions for purchased which delivers improved user's experience and innovations.
  • Manages inventory of software licenses and IT equipment of the company.
  • Manages effective implementation and availability of Disaster Recovery, backup and recovery of critical systems applications resources kept in servers or consolidated storages (SAN), and infrastructure which delivers continuous business computing, especially in times of difficulties.
  • Functionally and directly reports to the Vice President for ITG
