We're looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager who will lead the team behind our company's core technology backbone. This role ensures that our systems — from servers and networks to cloud environments — run securely, smoothly, and efficiently 24/7. What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of system, network, and help desk engineers to deliver top-notch service and system reliability.
  • Design and execute the company's infrastructure roadmap across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and security across all business-critical systems.
  • Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to maintain robust controls and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Manage IT vendors, budgets, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive infrastructure and modernization projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet business needs.

Qualifications

Education:


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience / Knowledge:


• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.


• Deep hands-on expertise in:

o Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Azure AD

o Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, SD-WAN, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki)

o Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

o Storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions


• Familiar with ITIL-based service operations and change management.


• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project leadership skills.


• Experience in automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).

Skills and Attributes:


• Anticipates risks and implements solutions before issues escalate.


• Maintains composure during incidents or outages.


• Focused on delivering reliable, high-performing systems that enhance user experience.


• Works effectively with cross-functional teams (Applications, Security, Operations, etc.).


• Takes accountability for performance, security, and service reliability.
