About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team at Good Pastry Café' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient table service, ensuring customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.

What you'll be doing

Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide prompt and attentive table service, taking orders and serving food and beverages Ensure the dining area is kept clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times Respond quickly and courteously to customer requests and inquiries Assist with food preparation tasks as needed Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials Contribute to a positive team environment and provide excellent customer service

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and dining room demands Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Enthusiastic and passionate about providing a high-quality dining experience
