Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages end-to-end recruitment process
- Helps identify training needs, plans and facilitates training program for employees
- Takes charge of the HRIS and Attendance Monitoring Systems of the department
- Oversees planning and execution of employee engagement programs including special events such as organization-wide meetings, company outing, team building, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
- Initiates coordination between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, colleges and universities, and different LGUs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related courses
- With at least 5 years work experience in human resource management, preferably with at least 3 years experience in Training and Organizational Development.
- Preferably with relevant experience in using HRIS/HR systems
- With basic knowledge in statutory labor rules and processes
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office Applications)
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter, fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
