We are seeking a Strategic Accounting Manager to manage budgeting, forecasting, and treasury operations. This role plays a strategic part in driving profitability, ensuring fiscal discipline, and supporting executive leadership in long-term planning.

Must Have's

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred)
  • At least 7 years of progressive finance experience with leadership exposure
  • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms, Excel, and financial reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of credit and treasury operations

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Banking relationship management experience
  • Industry background in construction or telecom
  • Knowledge of M&A or capital investment planning

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Demonstrated success in financial reporting and compliance

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead financial forecasts, annual budgets, and variance reporting
  • Develop treasury strategies to optimize working capital
  • Ensure financial compliance and coordinate audits
  • Provide insights on cost structures and profitability improvement
  • Advise senior leadership on financial risks and strategy
  • Manage and develop finance team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
