  • Financial management:

  • Monitor and manage budgets, including sales, expenses, and labor costs.

  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

  • Guest satisfaction:

  • Monitor guest feedback and spearhead initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.

  • Ensure staff are delivering a high level of customer service.

  • Compliance and improvement:

  • Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Implement new company initiatives and menu changes effectively across all locations.
