Job Summary:

The OM is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and performance of the restaurant brand. This role drives strategic direction, operational excellence, team development, and financial health, while ensuring a consistent and excellent guest experience. The OM will lead cross-functional teams, align brand vision with execution, and represent the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership

  2. Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for the brand under the business unit.

  3. Identify and lead growth opportunities across product innovation, geographic expansion, and new revenue streams.
  4. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain brand relevance and edge.

  5. Operational Management

  6. Oversee day-to-day operations across all stores to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.

  7. Develop and maintain operational systems that drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs across all operational touchpoints including sales, guest satisfaction, and store-level performance.

  9. Financial & Business Performance

  10. Manage business unit budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance; ensure financial targets are achieved or exceeded.

  11. Analyze financial reports and key metrics to make data-informed business decisions.
  12. Lead initiatives that enhance profitability, cost control, and sustainable growth.

  13. Team & Talent Leadership

  14. Build, coach, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.

  15. Set clear goals, provide continuous feedback, and support career development of leaders and store teams.
  16. Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and guest-focused service.

  17. Guest & Market Focus

  18. Ensure each brand consistently delivers a world-class guest experience.

  19. Use guest feedback, market data, and operational insights to refine offerings and service models.
  20. Represent the brands externally to key partners, stakeholders, and business communities

  21. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  22. Partner with key departments including Culinary, HR, Training, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver aligned strategies and initiatives.

  23. Lead business unit contributions to company-wide projects, innovation pilots, and process improvements.
  24. Communicate business unit progress and challenges to senior leadership regularly.

  25. Compliance & Risk Management

  26. Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and food and safety standards.

  27. Identify potential risks across operations and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  28. Promote best practices in governance, internal controls, and operational integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of leadership experience in food, QSR, FMCG, or retail — ideally with exposure to multi-brand, multi-location operations.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, lead large teams, and manage operational complexity in a fast-paced environment.
