Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and facilitate learning and onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from HR onboarding to functional integration.
  • Assess skills gaps and implement learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and career development.
  • Support communication and change management strategies for GBS-Manila by driving effective messaging, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Enhance the overall employee experience by planning and executing engagement activities such as events, interest groups, and programs that promote learning, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Serve as a capability-building resource across BSMH by enabling knowledge sharing and contributing to the continuous improvement of learning and development practices.

Work Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, communications, or related fields (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment (preferred)
  • Background in events management and employee engagement initiatives (an advantage)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Master's degree (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
