In this role, you'll work within bank branches to offer tailored insurance and investment products to clients. Your role includes building relationships with bank staff and customers, understanding their financial needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell life insurance and investment products.
  • Build relationships with bank staff for referrals and leads.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Provide after-sales service for customer retention.
  • Attend training and stay updated on products.
  • Submit sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ months of experience in sales, banking, insurance, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to be assigned to designated bank branches.
