Job Brief

We are seeking a highly organised Travel Manager who will be responsible for designing and delivering complex, high-impact incentive and event travel programs. The role covers the end-to-end planning and execution of travel experiences that motivate and reward client employees or stakeholders, ensuring all logistics, budgets, and stakeholder communications are expertly handled.

Responsibilities

  • Design itineraries and select destinations for incentive and event travel programs

  • Plan all activities, accommodation, and dining experiences aligned with program goals

  • Create, track, and manage budgets across multiple destinations and services

  • Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, operators, and other suppliers

  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout program delivery

  • Coordinate all supplier arrangements including travel, transfers, and on-site staffing

  • Create participant-facing communication and marketing materials

  • Collect participant feedback and analyse outcomes to improve future programs

Requirements

  • Strong experience in incentive and event travel management

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-layered logistics and complex itineraries

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Skilled in managing budgets and negotiating supplier agreements

  • Outstanding relationship management and communication skills

  • Creative approach to developing engaging travel experiences

  • Must have experience working with Australian clients and travel suppliers
