Job Summary:
The Nurse is responsible for delivering safe and effective patient care in accordance with hospital standards, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring the overall comfort and safety of patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assist doctors during examinations and treatments.
- Observe, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the work area.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Handle medical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in continuous professional training and hospital activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, licensed by PRC.
- Preferably with hospital or clinical experience; fresh graduates may apply.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle stressful situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
