Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective supervision of accounting staff. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or printing industries and be capable of managing team performance while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the accounting staff in handling daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
  • Review and ensure accuracy in recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers
  • Monitor, reconcile, and approve customer account statements and billing invoices
  • Oversee the follow-up on receivables and ensure timely collection
  • Review product costing, including raw materials and production-related expenses
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports
  • Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, including documentation preparation
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and adherence to accounting policies
  • Recommend and assist with the implementation of process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a manufacturing or printing industry is highly preferred
  • Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and leadership qualities
  • Willing to be assigned in General Trias Cavite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
