Human Nature is looking for motivated and result driven Telesales Associate who will attend to our customer's inquiries via calls, emails and chat as you process orders in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries with courtesy and empathy via calls, emails and chat
  • Upselling on every opportunity
  • Opening of new small retail accounts
  • Managing small retail accounts
  • Accurate and timely order processing for Web orders and Telesales orders

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Exhibits empathy and care on every customer interaction
  • Strong drive for excellence and accuracy.
  • With sales background preferably skilled in new customer acquisition.
  • With proven track record of achieving targets in terms of sales, attendance and other KPIs
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dynamic personality and must be able to work well with a team
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
  • Permanent day shift schedule, SUNDAYS off.
