What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of healthcare support professionals
  • Champion team engagement, accountability, and high performance
  • Build a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor daily team performance and deliver on KPIs (productivity, quality, compliance, etc.)
  • Ensure SLA adherence and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Control attrition and shrinkage while optimizing workforce capacity

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure 100% adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
  • Promote a strong compliance culture within the team

Coaching & Performance Growth

  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and training
  • Identify skill gaps and implement action plans for improvement

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and expectations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client updates and performance discussions

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of team management experience (preferably in a BPO healthcare account)
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare support processes (eligibility, claims, benefits, RCM, etc.)
  • Strong background in KPI management and performance coaching
  • Proven ability to manage compliance and quality metrics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in startup or transition environments (new LOBs)
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
  • Adaptable to change and fast-paced operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
