Candidates must have 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience.

  • Keep Management Updated – Share insights on customer trends with leadership and provide feedback to Operations Managers.
  • Define Sutherland's Reputation – Champion and implement organizational initiatives within your team.
Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in eligibility & benefits, claims, and/or revenue cycle management
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare industry experience is required
  • A proactive approach in building trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; proven teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally
