
Plan Member Administrator I

We're looking for a Plan Member Administrator I to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to encode plan member amendments in our system.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure all necessary information is received and appropriate decisions are made regarding eligibility before updating the system.
- Refer exception requests and complex cases to the Senior Certificate Administrator for further processing.
- Communicate with plan administrators via letter or email to obtain any missing information required for eligibility updates.
- Consistently achieve the service levels established by the company and practice good judgment in processing cases.
- Perform thorough checks to eliminate financial errors and render overtime work during high-volume periods, including being on-call on Saturdays and holidays as needed.
- Assist colleagues with their work upon request, manage leaves during peak seasons, and handle dedicated clients requiring special attention. Additionally, suggest process improvements and handle other tasks assigned by Operations Management.
Required Qualifications:
- Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting.
- Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Amenable for flexible shift – either night or day, depending on the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
