About the role

JG Manpower & General Contractor Services Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and upkeep of our client sites.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports as required
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and well-functioning work environment
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices
  6. Assist with project-based work and special assignments as needed

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
  2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
  3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  6. Effective communication and teamwork skills
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed
