What you'll be doing

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
  • Assist skilled maintenance technicians with more complex repair and maintenance projects
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Respond to requests for assistance from other departments in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and report any issues or areas that require attention
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve basic maintenance problems
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with good communication skills
  • Familiarity with the use of common hand tools and power tools
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
